Timeless Tomato Class

The 2-day class was so much fun! It was just my second "official" class with a designer/teacher. And Debbie flew all the way to Seattle from South Carolina, bless her. There were about 22 students in the class and all were way more experienced needlepointers than me. But, help was close at hand when I needed it. The top larger canvas is the tomato. The bottom canvas is the strawberry bottom, strawberry top, and the 2 pc tomato stem.

When I got home, guess what was calling my name?  Yes, the Birds of a Feather mystery sampler. So, I thought I'd give you an update on that one too.

Even though I'm not finished with the border, I can't wait for the second installment to get here!

(Please don't remind me about my unfinished January challenge :)

  1. Glad you enjoyed your class. My first one was last fall and I was sure everyone would know more than me. Stitchers can be the nicest people, they all helped everyone.

  2. I can't wait to see that tomato. That looks like a lot of fun. Your mystery sampler is coming along quickly - I am stitching away on mine hoping to finish before the 2nd part arrives.

  5. I definitely won't remind you about the January Challenge. I'm trying to forget about it! LOL

Love your tomato so far. I'll bet you're having a lot of fun with those stitches. And I can't wait until the second installment of the Mystery Sampler even though I'm only half way done with the border.
