Here is what I have accomplished after my first-ever needlepoint class this past weekend! I know it doesn't look like much got done. But I learned a lot about technique (which I sorely needed). And I feel very confident to move on. To see what this is going to look like when finished see below-
Love the pieces you are working on. That kimono will be gorgeous!

WOW, They look great
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful projects! I especially love the blue flowers on the Jardin Prive and your choice of color for the letters is perfect!
ReplyDeleteJust love your needlepoint project! I have seen that one before at my local store and thought it was quite striking. I love needlepoint because it offers so much more than cross stitch does. You've done very well for your first class.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work on both pieces! That kimono is really gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love all your stitching.
ReplyDeleteOhhh...your projects are so pretty. Love your SAL piece...don't know how much longer I can resist this one.
ReplyDeletenice progress....are you looking for any needlepoint patterns...I have some and will not never do not know how to do them! Let me know
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your processes! Kimono needlework would be a beautiful one!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,

They're both beautiful! Love that SAL!
ReplyDeleteOh I think that Kimono is going to be very beautiful. I like the Jardin Prive SAL you are working. I also love the BBD Mystery piece you are working on. I've started it but I am almost sure it has ended up at the bottom for now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and your visit.
Jackie.
