I will keep my 2013 review short and sweet-
1. I took 7 classes in 2013. Here they are-
None are finished. Most are barely started, see pic above.
2. I attended 3 local stitching retreats. Loved them all!
3. I finished my first year as Treasurer of my local EGA chapter. I have one more year left in my term. For those of you in EGA, we are the chapter who puts together kissing pillows for soldiers.
4. I participated in 7 SAL's or Clubs- Sal de Maryse, Nicola's Scarlet Letter Year, Ladies Prim Society, Prim Sisters Club, Stacey Nash Club and Maggie's Club with Country Stitches, and Sweet Stitches Club with Shabby Fabrics (I completed none of the items in this club and will be selling the whole 12 months if someone is interested).
5. I dived a little deeper into quilting and completed three baby quilts and my 1988 quilt.
6. I finished two large WIP's-Holiday Patches and PS Alphabet. Both at the very end of the year.
7. I finished a total of 62 items but will not bore you with all the photos. Check out the slideshow on the right sidebar of my blog entitled 2013 Finishes. I counted as finishes blocks for quilts that aren't finished. Is that cheating?
THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM OF 2013--
... was the new addition to our family of little Brooke. She is 4 months old now and a real charmer. Laid back and easygoing. We will keep her!

I'm behind on blog reading since our internet went out for 3 days. Ugh! But I read your last post and this one too, and enjoyed both very much! You are very generous to let your daughters choose beautiful samplers from your collection. Love seeing the classes you took this year. I look forward to seeing you work on those projects. Your granddaughter is adorable! OMG! Enjoy her! And a Happy New Year to you and yours!
You did a lot last year. The baby is just adorable. Happy new year.
While I think all of your work looks great, little Brooke, your latest family addition, is by far the cutest thing on the blog!!!!!
Nothing ends a post better than an adorable cutie pie!
What a precious baby! I'd keep her, too!--and you took a lot of classes I wish I could have taken. Someday . . .if I'm meant to have the projects, somehow they always come along eventually.
Teresa, can you send me an email with details of the 12 stitcheries that you want to sell. I am wanting to get into quilting and applique this year, so I would love to see what they are like. My email is in my profile.
Thanks
Sounds like a great 2013 and little Brooke is adorable!
Oh my, there was a lot going on in your crafty life last year with all your classes, retreats and SALs. You have been doing some great work and I'm very curious to see more of these class projects.
Have a happy and productive New Year!
What an adorable picture of your new granddaughter - she's a charmer for sure :-) And what a wonderful 2013 you've had, congrats.
What a personality it looks like your happy little granddaughter has! Love all your pieces - finished or not. Especially love the flag shaker box. I seem to gravitate toward anything patriotic.
Little Brooke is such a cutie! Definitely a keeper :P
It looks like you've had a great crafting year. Best wishes for 2014 :)
Such beautiful projects this year, but little Brooke is definitely the best of all--so, so adorable :)
Happy 2014!
WOW Beautiful projects, yes I am interested in the things you will be offering for sale
What a great year of stitching. Great classes and other projects.
You had an amazing year! Brooke is adorable!
There are numerous other chapters that stitch Kissing Pillows. Perhaps you are the largest chapter?
JHM
Wow--what an adorable Granddaughter!! She IS a keeper!! You did a lot this year, considering...how you count finishes is YOUR deal. LOVE your first class project--wow! It's gonna be so nice! I joined the Prim Society... stitched two, three to go! I have started one other... and JUST got the last one! Hugs!
Great recap ~ but I think little Brooke takes the cake!
