Another 2010 Finish!

M Designs
Miss Mary Mac's Pins & Needles Pincushion
40 ct HDF Jackalope fabric
Called for Crescent Colours floss

Another pincushion that I culled from my Crazy January Challenge, but couldn't wait to stitch! I did change the colors around and used more of the Purple Aster (dark purple) and none of the Bamboo (white).

If you are guessing that something about Christmas had to give so I could stitch--you are right! I sent out about 15 Christmas cards this year instead of the normal 150. But the house is decorated and I will post some pictures later this week.

Have a great stitchy day!

Goodness! If you're stitching this fast now, what are you going to be like when you actually start the challenge? ;) Another sweet finish!

These charts are the ones I took out of the Crazy January Challenge because I had too many charts picked out! I still have 16 charts kitted up and ready to go on 1-1-11!

Are you trying to finish the challenge before it begins:) The pin cushion is very cute. Christmas cards are a pain. I cut them out last year. I should still send a few to those I don't talk with or the elderly but it sure takes a lot of pressure off. Gift cards or cash for all is also helpful!!

That is adorable! If you stitch at this rate the challenge will hardly be a challenge at all for you!

That's cute & reminds me of the Honeymooners episode where Ralph had been told to repeat "Needles and pins, pins and needles, it's a happy man that grins." to calm himself down. By the end of the episode, Alice said with clenched teeth, "Needles and pins, pins and needles, it's a happy woman that grins." because Ralph was driving her crazy!

Have you decided what your 15 or more projects for the Challenge of 2011 are going to be? Vonna posted her list of 24 (she's a fast stitcher). I have made some decisions but have not posted any of them yet.

Merry Christmas! Happy Stitching! Good Luck!

Thanks for asking, Susan. Here is my list for the Crazy January Challenge 2011--

I am looking carefully at the projects that others are chosing and have actually put a couple more items on my wishlist. :)
